Sometimes your order with multiple items is shipped in different packages due to where our products are stored. The maximum waiting time we've seen is 10 working days for the orders so if you have not received your items until then, please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to find your item.

All our products have a size chart available on their page above the sizes you can choose from. Please take your measurements and choose the size that is applicable. If you are in between sizes, we recommend ordering the bigger one if you want a relaxed style and the smaller one if you want a fitted style.

Some of our best selling items might have sold out and you were not able to buy it. If it's the case that you want an item a lot but can't find it, please send us an email at customerservice@pitod.com and we can try sourcing one specially for you. Don't get too excited though, it's not that easy but we'll try our best to make you happy!

Please check the tracking code you have received when your order was shipped. If it says it has been delivered but it hasn't, check with your neighbors or safe places your orders are usually left at. If you still can't find it, please get in touch with us so we can try and help.

Royal Mail will try delivering to you more than once. If none of the times there is someone available in the delivery address to receive it, they will forward to the closest pick up point and you can collect from there. We won't be able to arrange new deliveries for the same order after Royal Mail delivers to a pick up point.
