Our Ethics & Policies

Our values are embedded in everything we do. We have written policies and guidelines on how they are applied every day in our decisions. If you wish to know more, they are available here.

Accountability & Transparency

Our Policy

Built on the core pillars of people and the planet, our Stakeholder Grievance Policy gives a formal voice to our community. Anyone can report concerns regarding environmental impacts, sourcing ethics, or data privacy. Because we are a single-operator brand, if an internal review ever lacks sufficient impartiality, you retain the immediate right to escalate the matter directly to independent external UK regulatory watchdogs like the ASA, ICO, or Citizens Advice.

Ready to raise an issue? You can submit a secure report using our digital intake form via the button below, or by emailingaccountability@pitod.com. We fully support and protect anonymous submissions. The Human Owner personally reviews all cases, committing to formally acknowledge your grievance within 5 business days and deliver a transparent resolution plan within 20 business days.

Grievances Log

True transparency means nothing is swept under the rug. Pitod maintains a formal, secure record of all official complaints and operational corrections. While personal data is strictly protected, a completely anonymised summary of our historical compliance tracking is published openly and can be accessed in our Log.
