Yes it is! We use Shopify's payment gateways to encrypt every payment information you use on our website. Additionally, we do not sell nor share any of your personal information with anyone. Only people with access to it is our team in case you need help with anything.

Order
No you don't. You can check out as a guest only. You'll still be able to track your order, receive notifications about it and return whatever you wish.
Yes, you can. You will receive notifications on your e-mail and your tracking number will be sent to you once the order is sent.
If you want to change or cancel your order, get in touch with us as soon as possible. We have a small window where this can be done so please make sure you urgently talk to us through our chat or e-mail us at customerservice@pitod.com. We will do our best to accommodate your needs but in case this is too late, you can still return your order within 30 days and get a refund for it.

Sometimes your order with multiple items is shipped in different packages due to where our products are stored. The maximum waiting time we've seen is 10 working days for the orders so if you have not received your items until then, please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to find your item.
We're extremely sorry for this but understand sometimes items get damaged on the way to you. Please click here and send a return request adding pictures of your product so we can re-send you the item or send you a refund.

Yes, gift cards expire after 5 years from the purchase date
We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. We also accept Klarna instalments payments.
Your refund will go back to all your original payment methods. The part you paid from your gift card will go back to your gift card and the part paid by card will go back to the card you used to pay.
We do not offer physical cards, only digital ones. For now, these cannot be personalised.

If you want to gift someone a gift card, please make sure to order it to the person's e-mail. We're not able to accept gift cards that have been transferred or sold.

Product
All our products have a size chart available on their page above the sizes you can choose from. Please take your measurements and choose the size that is applicable. If you are in between sizes, we recommend ordering the bigger one if you want a relaxed style and the smaller one if you want a fitted style.
Our products are made all over the world using organic cotton and fair trade initiatives. All our products are sustainable and ethically sourced. They are also vegan and we don't test nor use any of our products on animals.
Our items are pre-made and finalised once you order it. This way we can fulfil your order in a timely manner (usually 1-2 business days) without creating waste.
All our products come with a care label that you can use as reference. If you still have any doubts, please get in touch with us.
Some of our best selling items might have sold out and you were not able to buy it. If it's the case that you want an item a lot but can't find it, please send us an email at customerservice@pitod.com and we can try sourcing one specially for you. Don't get too excited though, it's not that easy but we'll try our best to make you happy!
No. All our products are vegan.
Yes. All our products are sourced from sustainable factories. We try our best to apply fair trade initiatives and ethical values throughout our supply chain so we also plant 1 tree per product sold and offset any carbon emissions that happen due to deliveries. Shipping and Returns
Orders usually arrive between 3 to 6 working days depending on where you live. All orders are sent with tracked services so you can track your order as soon as it ships out.
After your order is returned, it can take up to 10 days for your refund to show on your original payment method. If you have already been issued a refund but you haven't received it, please get in touch with us at customerservice@pitod.com so we can look into it.
If you're in the UK, returns are free. If you're outside of the UK, you'll receive an e-mail from us on how to send your return back when your return is approved. You'll have to pay for it yourself.
Once your order is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail of the tracking code you can use to track your order.
The carrier will try delivering to you more than once. If none of the times there is someone available in the delivery address to receive it, they will forward to the closest pick up point and you can collect from there. We won't be able to arrange new deliveries for the same order after the carrier delivers to a pick up point.
Please check the tracking code you have received when your order was shipped. If it says it has been delivered but it hasn't, check with your neighbours or safe places your orders are usually left at. If you still can't find it, please get in touch with us so we can try and help.
We ship everywhere in the world. We offer Worldwide Carbon Neutral delivery. Import Duties and Taxes will have to be paid at destination and are not included in our prices.
