Shipping information

We only offer carbon-neutral delivery, which is available for most global destinations through our services. For international orders beyond the UK, import taxes or duties are not included in the price. Should these charges arise, they will be your responsibility to settle upon delivery, ensuring a smooth and effortless shopping experience.

Returns information

We offer 30-day returns to everyone.

For the UK, we offer free returns for all orders. Our returns portal will automatically issue a returns label to you once your return is approved. You'll have to pack your product and ship it back to us using the pre-paid label.

For orders outside of the UK, you will be responsbile for the shipping fee. You are welcome to use our returns portal however you'll have to send us your item back yourself. Through the portal, you will be provided with the address to ship it to.
